The two organisations will be delivering the relaunched XLR8 Tiger Cubs programs, powered by Evergreen Soccer. This relaunch will see sessions delivered across the week for pre-school children at the home of football for NSFA, North Turramurra Recreation

Evergreen Soccer has been operating for approximately 15 years and has been based in Lindfield on Sydney’s North Shore. The program was founded to cater for the growing number of preschool aged children in the area, who wanted to emulate their older siblings who were already playing the world game.
One of the key priorities of this partnership is to ensure that the quality and experience of Evergreen programs is replicated across the NSFA by our Tiger Cub coaches. To ensure that this occurs, over the past 6 weeks and before the program launches a selection of highly qualified and experienced Tiger Cub coaches have been working under the tutelage of Brendan and his team at Evergreen Soccer to gain further experience and knowledge around working with preschool children.

Since its inauguration, Evergreen Soccer has seen approximately 1000 kids come through its program, and we pride ourselves on the fact that the majority are still playing to this day.
With the expansion of Evergreen soccer preschool programs in conjunction with NSFA Tiger cubs, we hope to provide a safe, fun, and engaging preschool program, to help develop gross motor skills and fundamentals of football for kids of all abilities throughout the NSFA.
We hope to bring the experience and knowledge gained over the past 15 years, to help provide this and to instil a love for the game from a young age, that will stay with them for life, with also providing a pathway into junior football and beyond throughout the region.”
