Want to improve your skills and get a good workout in a fun and social environment? Women Skills Training is perfect for players new to the game as well as those with years of experience that are keen to improve.

Program features

Our Women’s Skill Training Program is designed to enhance the technical abilities and football fitness of female players. Led by high-quality and experienced coaches, our sessions focus on developing key skills such as passing, receiving, crossing, and finishing. Each session is tailored to the group’s needs, ensuring a challenging and supportive environment for all skill levels.

Program Highlights:

  • Skill Development: Improve your passing, receiving, crossing, and finishing through targeted drills and exercises.
  • Football Fitness: Enhance your overall fitness with exercises designed to improve speed, endurance, and agility.

  • Mills Park, Asquith:
    • Tuesdays: 9am-10am and 10-11am
  • Lindfield Sports Centre Synthetic:
    • Fridays: 9:30-10:30am and 10:30-11:30am

FAQs

Clothes appropriate to play football, SHINPADS, Boots or Trainers, Gloves, Water Bottle.

No, we cater for all experience levels.

No problem! Email XLR8@nsfa.asn.au and we will arrange registration for a pro rata rate.

Our programs are conducted on all-weather synthetic fields and as such not usually cancelled due to wet weather. However, program managers at the venue may cancel or abandon a session if there is thunder/lightning in the area or persistent heavy rain casuses flooding of the playing surface.

Active Kids vouchers cannot be redeemed for Women's Skills Training.
