XLR8 Academy

Our XLR8 Academy is designed for football players who are eager to elevate their game to the next level. Groups of up to 10-12 players are formed based on age and technical ability, ensuring personalized and effective training.

The XLR8 Academy Program focuses on both technical and physical development, tailored to each player’s needs. Key areas of development include:

• Physical Coordination: Enhancing agility, balance, and overall body control through targeted exercises and drills.
• Execution and Technique – Passing and Distribution: Improving accuracy, speed, and decision-making in passing through various drills and game scenarios.
• Execution and Technique – Finishing: Developing precision and power in shooting, with and without defensive pressure.
• Skill and Creativity in 1v1 and Overload Scenarios: Encouraging creative play and effective decision-making in one-on-one situations and numerical advantages.
• Individual Development Feedback for Every Player: Providing personalized feedback to help each player understand their strengths and areas for improvement.
