FAQs

No problem! Email XLR8@nsfa.asn.au and we will arrange registration for a pro-rata rate.

Comfortable sports clothes, joggers or football boots, shin pads and water bottle.

Our first process will be to offer a credit code that can be used at another XLR8 association program in the future. We will only provide a refund under certain extreme circumstances. For all cases, please email XLR8@nsfa.asn.au

Our programs are conducted on all-weather synthetic fields (excluding Mills Park) and as such not usually cancelled due to wet weather. However, program managers at the venue may cancel or abandon a session if there is thunder/lightning in the area or persistent heavy rain casuses flooding of the playing surface. Cancellations/postponed sessions at Mills Park will be communicated by email as quickly as possible.

Active Kids Vouchers can be redeemed for programs running 8 or more weeks. The option will display on eligible programs during the registration process. Refunds/credits cannot be provided on eligible programs that cost less than $100 due to Service NSW guidelines.
